I had no complaints with this hair at all. When I first got it and unpackaged it I was so shocked to see a full frontal on the wig. The hair from the lace to the end of the hair was full, soft, and bouncy. I had this wig installed for a special event and it curled up very nicely. I later then re installed it myself and straightened it, it dyes, takes heat, & was everything it described in the description. If you want good hair and 613 full frontal ? Anyway I kept seeing women wit wigs from Amazon when I say the hair is in the soft the knots are small and just how it’s supposed to be! Listen to me! this wig is sooo soft & l smooth. First things first, they sent me many goodies, including a gorgeous wig headband, two wig caps, and a lot of fake eyelashes. But let’s talk about the hair instead; I really adore it because it’s so pretty and came in nice and full at the same time.
