Felt so light in the package I knew before I opened it that the density was off. It’s jet black not 1b,will try to lighten it but because the hair feels like a mix of plastic fibers not sure it will take. True to length, but the quality does not feel like 100 percent human hair. It feels like some kind of blend and yes it does smell. Wanted to immediately return,but will try to work with it. Definitely get what you pay for with this one

only rated 5 stars so this could be seen. this upart wig is so bad it’s not even human hair i have no idea what it is. it’s super thin like it’s 1 bundle & a half on it. does not hold a curl. i 0/10 would not recommend. luckily it was only $100 & the quality shows.

I wanted to wait to do this review until I wore the wig for a couple weeks to be able to give a REAL review. 9 year cosmetologist here. I purchased a 20” and got the wig on Dec 17, 2022 . I just combed my locs out before having a baby and this u part wig has been SO EASY TO MAINTAIN and was definitely the right choice for my recovery as well as trying to figure what to do with my natural hair. First glance, it’s def longer than a 20”. I did the burn test and the hair burned (real hair) and did not melt (plastic fibers/synthetic). That was a relief especially being skeptical only paying $70. The wig is full, even after layering. I havent gotten much shedding at all. The hair holds curl/waves for days, I do use a LIGHT holding spray.. but not having to curl my hair everyday is a plus. I’ve gotten VERY MINIMAL tangling at the nape, as most hair does and one pass with a wig brush clears it right up. I’ve worn this wig in a middle and deep side part. I do wish the combs were the clamp type comb tho for a tighter hold. The wig is a little big for me, but it’s nothing noticeable and doesn’t bother me at all. Wig construction is great. I get so many compliments on my hair, you know we love that!
