This was my first time ordering a human hair wig from Amazon so I was really scared lol. It doesn’t look like the picture and to me it doesn’t really look like 28” but I know unprocessed hair is shorter than hair that’s already processed and since it’s deep wave it would look a bit shorter anyway. This wig is for my birthday and I’m super excited to wear it!

fresh out the box, wig is thin starting mid shaft and length is a little off, but customer service from company really good and they seem to be really sweet when i told them about the issue. you get what you pay for, it is not bad for its price.
